In town for a funeral w time for lunch. Stopped here about closing 2:30 yet welcomed in w friendly smile.
It's a cafe & bakery w small town charm. We just love family businesses.
My wife & I split a couple sandwiches, grilled bacon cheese & avocado plus grilled chicken & avocado.
They were remarkably good. Tremendously flavorful, fresh & tasty. More bread in the Texas toast than we needed yet quite a treat. So much better than traditional Main Street cafe fare. We filled up so passed the many bakery treats. Oh well, next time. -

A wonderful small town dining experience. They have a wide selection of great tasting foods that are prepared simply with more than adequate portions. The prices are very reasonable and served by pleasant friendly staff. Just had their oatmeal served with apple chunks, raisins, nuts, and brown sugar. Loved it!

This is the best please to have a great meal in town. On top of that, best bakery in town. Chris makes the best cookies and cakes ever.
I always bring this place up when people mention biscuits and gravy or baked goods. Truly a hidden treasure. -

This is a very good cafe :) I would return again . Good menu and fresh prepared food
We had the pesto chicken and grilled cheese sandwich with sourdough bread our sides were a fresh fruit cup very delicious the coconut cream pie fresh-baked was very tasty. The restaurant overall needs a good cleaning maybe even updating the menu is pretty extensive in imaginative service is a little slow probably because there's only one waitress for the entire restaurant and it takes quite a bit of time to get the food the table i'm guessing because there's one cook in the back. This is why I gave it three stars but I still would return and I wouldn't discourage you from using this café it's just not a five-star experience -

Everything is fresh, the biscuit and gravy is great, pecan rolls are homemade and awsome. I've done mostly breakfast and haven't had anything bad. Love it!!
